These terms cover rularoo.com and the Rularoo apps, operated by Digify Platforms, Inc. Playing the game means accepting them.
The game
Rularoo publishes three puzzles a day and is free to play. We try to publish every day and to keep the service available, but we do not promise either: this is a game, not infrastructure, and a day may be missed.
Rularoo Pro
Rularoo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store, offered monthly or annually. It includes unlimited practice puzzles, the Coach, streak insurance, and the complete archive.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy, and may vary by region.
Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, not by us. We can see that a subscription exists; we cannot issue a refund for it.
What Pro does not include is deliberate: it never grants extra commits or extra hints on a daily puzzle. The daily puzzle is identical for everyone who plays it, and we will not change that.
If a Pro feature is withdrawn during a period you have paid for, tell us and we will sort it out.
Fair play
Do not attempt to extract unpublished puzzles or their answers, automate play to manufacture streaks or scores, interfere with other players, or overload the service. We rate-limit requests, and we may block a device that abuses the service.
The rule engine, the puzzles, the generated rule library and everything on this site are ours. You may share a puzzle link freely. You may not copy the puzzle set or the engine into another product.
Your data
There are no accounts. What is stored, and how to have it deleted, is described in the privacy policy.
Ending it
Stop playing whenever you like; there is nothing to close. We may suspend access to a device that is abusing the service, and we may stop running Rularoo altogether, in which case any active subscription is cancelled and unused paid time refunded through Apple where their rules allow it.
No warranty, and the limit of our liability
Rularoo is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Digify Platforms, Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Changes
We may change these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. A change that materially reduces what a paid subscription includes will not be applied to a period you have already paid for.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections of your own country's law.
